    We trust in team work when developing new products: We draw on experience from the after sales service, get inspired from the quality assurance and account requirements for sustainability and social standards. Once a product idea is launched, we strategically select the manufacturer and order a sample in order to check the quality and if the product is compliant with all the requirements. These include custom and legal requirements as well as social standards.

    Please remember to scan your receipt and attach it to the service form. Without a valid proof of purchase, a service processing is only possible in special cases.

    Our service staff takes each case very serious and ensures that your concerns and requests are dealt within a timely manner. After investigating each case individually, our staff will contact you immediately in order to discuss next steps.

    Please note that we cannot replace each product 1:1. Particularly technical products as retail electronics are subject to regular changes due to development. In case of a complaint, we take great care to provide you with at least an equivalent product.
